Unicom Global, Inc. v. Lexington Insurance Co., et al.

Unicom Global, Inc. and its principal, Corry Hong, own a unique residence known as Wingsweep near Temecula.  Wingseep was designed by the architect, Kendrick Bangs-Kellogg, using only natural stone and valuable wood.  Wingsweep was damaged by the fires that engulfed that area in October 2003, by the well-intentioned efforts of aerial firefighters, and by the failure to properly remediate the fire and fire retardant damage.  Wingsweep is unique in its architecture and building materials, and the cost to repair the home is higher and the scope of the damage is more complicated than in the usual fire loss.  The Quisenberry Law Firm is assisting Unicom Global in pursuing its insurance claim against Lexington and against its insurance agents and brokers for negligence.
