Resnik v. Ayala Roofing, et al.
Dr. Anne Resnik, a pedatrician, received and estimate from Ayala Roofing to replace the roof on her home in Sherman Oaks. Dr. Resnik never entered into a contract with Ayala Roofing to replace her roof, Ayala Roofing hired R.E.R. to begin dismantling Dr. Resnick’s roof. During this process, a truck owned by the demolition company collapsed Ms. Resnik’s driveway in front of her home, leaving a gaping hole between the street and her garage. When Dr. Resnik returned to her home, she found a partially dismantled roof and a destroyed driveway, chimney and front entrance. The Quisenberry Law Firm represents Ms. Resnik in her suit against the Defendants for trespass, negligence, and other causes of action.
