Class actions still remain the best vehicle for addressing harm to groups of people, especially when individual damages are small.  Even with recent legislation tightening the rules, plaintiffs can still be successful in obtaining substantial verdicts and settlements.  Our panel, which consists of our attorneys as well as guest speakers James I. Ham, Steven B. Katz, Ellen A. Pansky and David B. Parker, will provide an overview of how best to approach a class action and will share their strategies under the new rules.

Every attendee will receive an extensive course handbook with the fundamentals of insurance law, sample pleadings, motions and the supplement of recent cases.

The seminar is free and approved for 3 hours of MCLE credits.
