Class actions still remain the best vehicle for addressing harm to groups of people, especially when individual damages are small. Even with recent legislation tightening the rules, plaintiffs can still be successful in obtaining substantial verdicts and settlements. Our panel, which consists of our attorneys as well as guest speakers James I. Ham, Steven B. Katz, Ellen A. Pansky and David B.
