Free Booklet to Assist Victims of the California Fires With Insurance Claims

To help make the process easier, we are happy to send you a copy of our booklet, "How to Make a Claim and Get Your Insurance Company to Pay," which provides practical information and helpful tips on making an insurance claim. The book details an insured’s rights under the California Insurance Code and provides sample letters you may need to write to your insurance company.
While our handbook doesn’t take the place of legal advice, it will familiarize you with the process of presenting an insurance claim, and it will hopefully make the claims process easier by providing insight into common questions.
